But as I said, it reminded me of THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN BUSINESS.

Let me explain.

We’ve all heard the stat that 9 out of 10 businesses fail in the first two year of business.

Find your Buying Audience first, and work backwards from there.

Every practice should build a foundation of Core Patients, or in other words Patients for common services like general Chiropractic care. And Chronic Patients where you can offer more niche services at a higher case value.

And BTW, I’m not saying this flippantly…
